Grant Checklist

  1. Complete the application found below.

  2. Submit a copy of your organization's IRS letter granting 501(c)3 status

  3. Submit a copy of your organization's last two months of bank statements.

  4. Submit a copy of all directors and board members' DD214's (who are Veterans).

  5. All submissions are to be emailed to SubmissionsGoVSA@gmail.com
